Abstract

The student entrepreneurship mentoring program at the Baitul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School aims to increase the economic independence of the school through training, mentoring, and entrepreneurial practice. Thirty students participated in this program and ran for three months. The program included basic entrepreneurship training, mentoring in developing a business plan, and practicing simple hydroponic vegetable cultivation and selling the school's products. The program's results demonstrated a significant increase in the students' knowledge, skills, and entrepreneurial motivation. The success rate for hydroponic cultivation reached 90 percent, and some of the harvest was successfully marketed to the surrounding community. This program has proven effective in fostering the students' entrepreneurial spirit, independence, and economic contribution to the school. Therefore, student entrepreneurship mentoring can be a model for sustainable, Islamic boarding school-based economic empowerment.
