Abstract

The Cassava Cracker Business in East Wariginsari Village faced many problems when developing. Some of these are management, promotion, and technology adoption. Current technology allows the Cassava Crackers business to be more efficient and productive. The aim of this research is to find the problems faced by village cassava cracker entrepreneurs and create a digital development strategy. Interviews with entrepreneurs, observation, and literature research are the methodologies used. The research results show that the main problems include difficulties in marketing, lack of knowledge about digital technology, and limited infrastructure. Digital marketing, improving technological infrastructure, and training entrepreneurs are some of the suggested development plans. It is hoped that implementing this strategy will help cassava cracker entrepreneurs in East Wariginsari Village become more productive and gain more markets. It will also help them adapt to the modern era. To achieve these goals, this research suggests ongoing training, infrastructure development, and support from third parties.
