Abstract
This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity of tourism managers at Sawmil Beach, Wonosobo, in utilizing information technology through the development and implementation of a web-based e-tourism information system. The main issue faced by the community partner is the lack of digital promotion and the conventional management of tourism-related information. The activity was carried out through several stages, including needs assessment, system design and development, application utilization workshops, technical training, and system evaluation. The results show that the developed system was successfully implemented and aligned with the needs of the users. There was a significant improvement in the managers' technical skills, from 30% proficiency before the program to 80% after the training. The information system has enabled the managers to present tourism information online, broaden promotional reach, and improve the efficiency of visitor services. This program has had a positive and sustainable impact and can serve as a replicable model for other tourism destinations with similar conditions.
